Workshop Objectives
This workshop focuses on recognizing your role within the team. Who am I
– a leader or a manager? Which personality traits strengthen my
competencies? How can I develop them? How do I know which role I am
currently fulfilling?
The workshop is designed to help participants identify their role in the team and develop both managerial and leadership competencies.
