FRIS® Model – Describing the Diversity of Thinking and Acting Styles
The FRIS® Model is based on four cognitive perspectives: Facts – Relationships – Ideas – Structures. These perspectives explain which types of information you prioritize most, especially in new situations.
Training Objective
The aim of the training is to understand individual thinking and action styles according to the FRIS® Model, to recognize thinking styles in a group context, to identify both individual and team talents, and to learn how to resolve challenging situations between people with different thinking styles.

Training Methodology
Interactive workshops based on individual FRIS® assessments (thinking styles), supported by short trainer-led lectures and group exercises.
