PERSOLOG® Behavior Profile – D-I-S-C Behavioral Tendencies
Personality Profiles
The PERSOLOG® Personality Model describes and explains human behavior in
specific situations based on the D–I–S-C behavioral tendencies
(Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness).
Training Objective
The goal of the training is to increase participants’ self-awareness so
they can use their talents and strengths as effectively as possible in
their respective roles, enhancing cooperation and improving overall
productivity within the organization.
Duration
2 days (16 hours)
Training Methodology
Interactive workshops based on individual personality tests (personality
profiles), supported by short trainer-led lectures and group
exercises.
FRIS® Model – Describing the Diversity of Thinking and Acting
Styles
The FRIS® Model is based on four cognitive perspectives: Facts –
Relationships – Ideas – Structures. These perspectives explain
which types of information you prioritize most, especially in new
situations.
Training Objective
The aim of the training is to understand individual thinking and action
styles according to the FRIS® Model, to recognize thinking styles in a
group context, to identify both individual and team talents, and to
learn how to resolve challenging situations between people with
different thinking styles.

2 days (16 hours)
Training Methodology
Interactive workshops based on individual FRIS® assessments (thinking
styles), supported by short trainer-led lectures and group
exercises.
