Training Objectives
Workshops focused on recognizing one’s own communication style,
identifying communication barriers, understanding one’s role within a
team, and building and maintaining positive relationships with
colleagues.
The aim of the training is to learn techniques and principles of effective team communication, acquire skills for identifying conflict situations and managing them efficiently. Another objective is to present tools and principles for building a high-performing, collaborative team.

Interactive workshops using the following training techniques: trainer
presentations, group and individual practice, role-playing, moderated
discussions, case studies, games and simulations of real-life
situations, and group work.
Time Management
Training Objectives
Workshops designed to help participants independently set goals and
priorities, and organize their work in such a way that tasks are
completed on time and meet the expected quality standards.
The aim of the training is to develop skills in task ranking and prioritization, as well as to acquire practical abilities in planning and organizing work. Participants will also learn how to effectively use tools that support the creation of an efficient time management system, and how to identify and eliminate factors that disrupt productivity.

Stress and Emotion Management
Training Objectives
The purpose of this training is to help participants gain awareness of
the causes of stress in both professional and personal life, develop the
ability to recognize early and subsequent signs of stress, and
understand the stress response in order to consciously react or prevent
it. Participants will also learn to identify stress factors in their
environment and within themselves, explore ways to find work–life
balance, and practice preventive techniques as well as relaxation
exercises.
